Chuck is a founder and Managing Principal of B+W Architecture. Chuck is a specialist in Real Estate transaction support, interior space planning and design, project management, and construction documentation & management. He participates actively in the firm’s project work.
Thomas Berkoski, RA
Principal
Thom is a founder of B+W Architecture and Principal responsible for facility planning and design construction documentation supervision. Significant project management and design responsibilities include major renovations of numerous Bank of America retail branches throughout Long Island, Manhattan, and Westchester and development of new design prototypes, and design and implementation of Cablevision customer Walk-In Centers throughout Nassau County, New York City, and New Jersey.
